Forum Rules
dedicated to the game "Destiny Sphere"

§1. General Provisions.

● The rules are mandatory for all forum participants. Use of the forum means agreement with all provisions of the Rules without exception.
● The rules are the basis for resolving possible disputes and conflicts arising from the use of the forum.
● The forum has sections that specify additional rules of conduct, or changes to the main forum rules, according to the specifics of a particular section, which are valid within these sections in addition to the general forum rules. To avoid penalties, read the rules before posting anything in these sections. To familiarize yourself with these rules, you need to enter the relevant section and click on the forum rules link, or the section rules link.
● Any users are allowed to participate in the forum regardless of religion, nationality, views, gender, and place of residence, provided that these Rules are observed.

§2. Communication Standards.

● No personal insults. Be polite to each other. Treat other players as you would like to be treated. The administration asks users to maintain friendliness and respect towards themselves and each other.
● No vulgar, obscene, profane, or racist statements.
● No veiled profanity.
● No incitement of interethnic discord.
● No incitement of religious discord.
● All the above violations lead directly to warnings and subsequently to exclusion from the forum/game.

§3. Users are prohibited from:
● The title of a created topic must correspond in meaning to the message opening it. This serves to facilitate reading the topic, simplify the work of moderators, and ease navigation in the forum. There is a taboo on topic titles such as, for example, "Help!!!", "Must read!" or "AAAAAAA!!!!".
The topic title must reflect the essence of the question or message opening it.
● Duplicating topics and creating topics identical in meaning to existing ones is prohibited. Before creating a new topic, it is recommended to use the forum search and make sure that the topic you need does not already exist.
● Identical messages in one/several forums by the same player are prohibited. Use the EDIT. function for this.
● It is not recommended to use a large amount of graphics in your messages. Do not write the entire text in large font, and do not highlight the font in color, except to draw attention to a passage of text, do not overuse uppercase. All this makes communication on the forum difficult. The moderator in such cases has the right, at their discretion, to demand that the user comply with this clause.
● Overquoting is prohibited - abuse of the [quote] tag (quote). When using quotes, do not forget to cut off the excess. Quote only the text regarding which you want to publish your opinion on the forum.
● Accusations of multi-accounting/sitting/unconfirmed spam are prohibited. If a user suspects someone of the above, they can write their suspicions to the Disciplinary Department at: dv@destinysphere.com.
● Editing/deleting one's own messages to distort/hide their original meaning is prohibited.
● The use and distribution of graphics and information that violates generally accepted moral and ethical norms is prohibited. The moderator in this case can determine, at their discretion, the degree of censorship of the published information.
● Propaganda/advertising/praise of any narcotic substances/preparations is prohibited.
● Posting any kind of malicious links that can damage the software of forum users/moderators/administration is prohibited.
● Registering on the forum multiple times is prohibited.
● If a topic is closed by a moderator, it is forbidden to continue it in another topic. However, if the user is interested in its continuation, they can send a PM to the moderator to find out why the topic was closed and, if necessary, ask for it to be reopened or a continuation topic to be created. The topic author has the right to ask the moderator to close the topic at any time.
● Advertising of other commercial sites by players on our forum is absolutely prohibited. If you wish to advertise something and are interested in commercial cooperation, write to e-mail: advertising@destinysphere.com
Advertising related to other game projects, containing a counter to receive credits for a specific account, containing materials that are pornographic, racist, extremist, or profane will be removed, and users who publish such content will be excluded from the forum.

● Absolutely meaningless replies or creation of topics/messages solely for the purpose of increasing forum rating.
● Messages containing only smileys.

● Messages duplicating or carrying the same meaning as messages already existing in the topic. This does not apply to congratulations and polls.
● Messages containing phrases like: “respect”, “applause”, and the like.

§5. Signature and Avatars.
● The signature should not be intrusive or carry advertising/political or other messages that may offend other players. Maximum 6 lines.

The number of banners in the signature is not limited, however, the total size of all banners should not exceed 15 KB.

● Without the consent of third parties, it is not permitted to publish the names and coordinates of their combs and colonies, battle reports, or army strength. This does not apply to internal alliance forums. To obtain the desired information, the user can contact the user possessing the information via PM (private message on the forum).
● Without the consent of the other party, only "anonymized" battle reports are allowed to be posted publicly, i.e., reports in which the opponent's account, the name and coordinates of their comb and colonies, the names of their armies are not indicated, and from the context of the message(s) from the moderator's perspective, unambiguous identification of the other party does not follow.
● Without the consent of the interlocutor(s), it is prohibited to publish logs/history ICQ, MSN Messenger, irc, letters e-mail, game mail, PMs (private messages) on the forum, as well as any other similar means of communication. To obtain the desired information, the user can contact the user possessing the information via PM (private message on the forum).
● Avoid personal discussions on the forum - use PM (private message) for this.
● Communication on the forum is conducted in Russian or English. Messages in Russian using Latin letters (translit) are difficult to read and are not found using the search function. We recommend using the forum's translit-to-Russian translation tools, or using other publicly available translation resources, such as translit.ru..
● In the DestinySphere.de section, communication on the forum is conducted in Russian, German, or English. Messages in other languages may be removed by the moderator.

§7. Forum Moderator Rights and Responsibilities.

● The administration and specially appointed moderators monitor compliance with the requirements of the Rules.
● Moderators have the right to stop any attempts to violate the above rules. This right includes the right to edit messages, delete or move messages, close topics, and issue warnings to users. Repeated warnings may lead to the user's exclusion from the forum/game.
● In a situation not covered by these rules, the moderator makes a decision based on common sense, generally accepted norms of public morality and ethics, and the general guidelines of the project Administration. The user has the right to appeal the moderator's actions to the head of the moderation department dada..
● In case of particularly serious offenses (especially paragraphs §2, §3, and §4), the player may be immediately excluded from the game/forum.
● Non-compliance with the legitimate requirements of forum moderators leads to a warning and then to exclusion from the forum/game.
● If the user disagrees with a warning or the moderators' actions, they have the right to request the exact reason for this moderator action via PM (private message on the forum). Moderators, like users, must discuss controversial cases in private discussions. Both moderators and users are prohibited from taking discussions to the open forum, except for the specially designated section "Suggestions and Criticism".
● If the user is not satisfied with the moderator's response and questions the validity of their response, they can contact the administrator dada in the specially designated section "Suggestions and Criticism".
