Addendum No. 1

Principle of Warnings, Blocks, and Fines
In cases where signs of violations of the sitting rules or playing from one computer/IP-address are established, act according to the warning/blocking scheme and the fine removal scheme.
If the data allows for an accusation of multi-accounting, then, bypassing the warning/blocking scheme, impose a premium ban on game accounts with premium, and without premium – a regular block of the game account. Then, proceed according to the fine removal scheme.

Warning/Blocking Scheme

1 – warning.
2 – repeated warning.
3 – if there was no response to the warnings, then a block for a very long term (a year or more), if the player responded to the warnings, then a temporary block (for 1 days, for 3, for a week…).
3a – in the first case (when the player does not respond to warnings), act according to the fine removal plan.

Fine Removal Scheme

On the first catch – a temporary block of the game account, without imposing a fine.
On the second catch – a block of the game account with a fine of 25% of resources.
On the third catch – a block of the game account with a fine of 50% of resources and 25% of troops.
On the fourth catch – a block of the game account with a fine of 75% of resources and 50% of troops.
On the fifth catch – a block of the game account with a fine of 100% of resources and 75% of troops.
On the sixth catch – a block of the game account with a fine of 100% of resources and 100% of troops.

Note:

The order of catches depends on data from the general case database, or from the inspector's personal database. Everything is at the discretion of the inspector of this game world.

The amount of the fine is not strictly fixed and is only recommendatory. The violator may request a reduction in the percentage of the fine imposed on him. A subsequent fine, upon re-catch, cannot be less than or equal to the previous one.

In special cases, with the approval of the head of the DV and/or an administration representative involved in making a decision on a specific case, a fine significantly exceeding the established norms may be imposed.
