2.4 Loss of in-game property from the trade connector due to the fault of other players (theft).
2.5 Loss of in-game property due to the fault of other players in the absence of failures or violations of game rules.

3. Procedure for submitting an application for review of an in-game property return case. 3.1 The application is submitted by contacting the game Administration through a special topic in the forum under "Bugs and Errors" no later than 96 hours after the loss of in-game property is discovered.
3.2. The application must contain a request for compensation of in-game property with a precise indication of the quantity and quality of the lost property.
3.3 The application must specify the exact or approximate time of loss of in-game property, and include all materials (screenshots of errors in case of failure, or screenshots of attacks, combat logs, etc.) proving the fact of loss.
3.4. In case of loss of in-game property due to the fault of other players, the Administration itself determines the amount of losses.
4. Procedure for returning in-game property. 4.1 If the Administration makes a positive decision on the player's application, the player is compensated for the lost property; in disputed and complex cases, a decision may be made to partially fulfill the player's request for compensation for losses.
4.2 If the loss of in-game property occurred during the period specified in clauses 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 (combat encounters), and the issue of returning in-game property is resolved positively - a "combat rollback" occurs for both parties involved in the encounter.
4.3. The Administration's decision is communicated to the applicant via the forum or directly in any case.
*)5. Terms and definitions. 5.1.1. The period of conditional downtime is considered the period from 4-00 to 7-00 Moscow time, regardless of the game service's operability during this period. During this time, all actions or inactions of players that may lead to the loss of in-game property are performed by users at their own risk.
